Do you offer same day delivery?
We recommend calling and scheduling your deliveries ahead of time. While not all situations are planned and life takes adjustments, we are here to accommodate your needs. Calls us and request a same day delivery to ease your comfort.
How does payment and reservations work?
Once you have booked your reserved date, simply let us know what date and time works best for delivery. Our equipment is rentable on a monthly basis. It starts on the day your product is delivered. Payment will be rendered at the time of reservation or for same day deliveries upon delivery.
Will I be shown how to use the equipment?
With every order our product specialist will be available to demonstrate the proper use of your rented equipment. Be certain in any circumstance whether the product is for you or a loved one, formal training will be provided, to ensure your safety and comfort with every rental.
